Just a little bit about me...
I am certified counsellor and life/business coach. My qualifications:
Life/ Business Coach - ICA, USA
BA Psychology - Greece (American University)
MSc in Counselling - USA
NLP Master Practitioner - UK
NLP Master Timeline™ Practitioner - UK
I chose to study psychology and then counselling to understand more about human nature - being drawn to other minorities and others that didn't necessarily fit the norm; or the labels that were commonly used. You can probably see now why I was drawn to work with the gay community.

Before working with Tania I felt my life was directionless; like I was waiting for life to happen to me, you could say I was lost and didn't feel I had the confidence or ability to change it. I had job I thought had potential but I had no self esteem to make it be what I really wanted, I felt dissatisfied in my friendships and with my family, I felt like I looked around me and wished I was living the life I could see others living. Areas of Specialty
My areas of specialty include gay men's relationships, transitions, life, wellness, breakthroughs, career/business, and phobias but I also offer one-off sessions and 'Short & Sweet™' coaching (coming soon!) for those moments when you just want to talk something through with a coach without committing to a full session or a series of sessions!
I work with my clients primarily on the phone as it is totally objective. You could tell me anything and I wouldn't know it was you if I walked past you on the street! And, by working by phone we can totally work our sessions around suitable times for us both. I will, however, work with some clients face-to-face, if you prefer this option. I meet my private clients mostly in venues around Central London and I'm happy to consider other areas to meet.
Sessions are from 30-50 minutes in length. Fees are paid one month in advance and, of course, it is cheaper for you, if you pay for a series of monthly coaching in advance rather than on a per monthly basis.
I work on a 3 monthly minimum basis with my clients as this gives you enough time to really see the positive changes you have made and embed these into your life.
My initial 20-minute consultation is free! This gives us both an opportunity to see if we are best suited to work together.

Fee Structure
My fee for individual coaching is $75 for a 30 minute session or $100 for a 50 minute session, paid in a block of a month minimum in advance; unless you're calling on the 'Short and Sweet™' coaching which is $2.00 per minute (coming soon!)
I also offer a concessionary rate of $60 per 30 minute session if needed and upon mutual agreement. Sessions are payable either by cash, cheque, electronic bank transfer or by Pay Pal (credit card options to follow in the very near future!) in advance of the coaching sessions.
