Services/Packages

One-on-one Coaching

My fee for individual coaching is $75 for one 30 minute session per week. Should you require a 50 minute session then this is priced at $100. All sessions are paid in a block of 4 weeks minimum in advance. There is a minimum commitment to work together for 3 months so that you can give yourself time to embed and really see the the positive changes in your life. If you pay for the 3 months in advance then you'll only pay ONLY $825, saving yourself $75 or ONLY $990 if you would like 50 minute sessions, saving you $210!

Coaching usually costs anywhere between $50/hour (for a newly-trained coach) - $300/hour for a coach in the corporate world.

Wellness Package

This is a 12-week programme, 50 min to 1 hour sessions, whereby we look at different areas of your life and work intensively on bringing these to a balance or taking them all to the next level.  The 5 major areas include: spirituality, self-regulation, work, love, and friendship which incorporate 12 other areas like gender identity, cultural identify, sense of worth, sense of control, realistic beliefs, emotional responsibility & management, intellectual stimulation (problem solving & creativity), sense of humour, nutrition, excercise, self care and last but not least, stress management.  This is a holistic approach to your wellness.

Breakthrough to Excellence

Our 'Breakthrough to Excellence' is a 6-8 hour day of service with myself, a professional and qualified NLP Master Practitioner and Time Line™ practitioner, dedicated to accelerating long-lasting and positive change. This breakthrough will move you from whatever has held you back in the past to creating the life you truly desire. We will get to the root of what is holding you back at the unconscious level. Very often apparently "irrelevant" answers and connected thoughts hold the key to your under achievement in key areas of your life. This process is incredibly powerful and effective if you're seeking a major breakthrough in your life!

Shadow Coaching™

Individually tailored support whereby I will 'Shadow Soach™' you for a full day to 'say what I see' in what's holding you back from you becoming the best you can be in any area of your life.

This service is unique to 'TheGayGuysCoach' and is not available anywhere else in the UK/Europe.

This is an intensive coaching opportunity for you who are truly ready to:

• See how you are perceived by others in your daily interactions, whether at work or in your personal life and do something to make it even better!
• Discover the obstacles that have been holding you back from creating the life and opportunities you really want

Cost: $700 for:

• A 1.5 hour telephone coaching session to highlight the areas of your life that you would like to take to the next level during your shadowing day
• a full 7 hour day with your coach shadowing you
• follow up support through email for 30 days
• a report pulling together conclusions and areas of focus from the day, with your agreed plan of further action.

Short & Sweet™ (soon to be available- watch this space!)

Our 'Short & Sweet Coaching™' is an individually tailored service with either myself or one of my professional and qualified associate coaches and/or NLP Master Practitioners, dedicated to supporting & coaching you objectively and without judgement. A perfect solution for when you just need to run something past someone who you know is totally on your side!
Cost: $2.00 per minute (0845 number), currently bought in packages of minutes, paid in advance by paypal. Soon to be payable through your debit or credit card.

PHOBIAS

Many people experience specific phobias, intense, irrational fears of certain things or situations--dogs, closed-in places, heights, escalators, tunnels, highway driving, water, flying, and injuries involving blood are a few of the more common ones. Phobias aren't just extreme fear; they are irrational fears. You may be able to ski the world's tallest mountains with ease but panic going above the 10th floor of an office building. People with phobias realize their fears are irrational, but often facing, or even thinking about facing, the feared object or situation brings on a panic attack or severe anxiety.  So, how much would it be worth to you to totally get rid of your phobia NOW.  How about we get rid of your phobia for ever in less than 2 hours, how would that be?
